The Sprint
Four weeks. One number. If it doesn't move 50%, you don't pay.
We pick one number with you, measure it, build the automation that moves it, and measure again. Sprints start at $5,000, with a fixed price agreed before we begin.

How the four weeks go
We measure your number on real work, then build the first version in your accounts.
It runs on this week's actual work, with your reviewer checking every output.
It covers all of the work, and we train the people who'll run it.
We measure the same number the same way. Didn't improve by 50%? Our work is free.

Questions we get
No. The examples are past work, there to show how we think. Most sprints start with a bottleneck that isn't on the site.
Something we can measure the same way before and after, from your own records: hours per report, days to quote, calls reviewed, proposals out per week. We agree on how it's measured before week 1, in writing.
Because we'd rather prove ourselves on something small and meaningful than sell you a big project. Most sprints start at $5,000. Bigger or messier processes cost more, and we give you a fixed price after the free call. There are no hourly charges and no surprises.
No. We build on tools you already pay for, or on off-the-shelf ones you'd own directly. Any running costs (an AI model's usage, for example) are billed to your accounts, and we tell you the expected monthly cost up front.
It stays in your accounts and the services you choose. We work with the access you give us and hand all of it back at the end.
You keep what we built, with a short guide for the people who run it. If you want us to keep improving it, we can, on a monthly basis. You don't have to.
A small studio that has built this kind of automation across a lot of industries. We introduce ourselves properly on the first call. The site is about your number, not our résumés.
