Twelve owner reports, and nobody loses a weekend to them.

A property manager's monthly owner reports went from a two-to-four-week grind to a day or two of review.

120analyst hours a month

The 3rd of the monthTwelve owners are waiting for their reports. Last month those reports took 120 analyst hours. Each square is one hour.
Where the time goesThe numbers live in four systems that don't talk to each other: the rent roll, the maintenance log, a vacancy spreadsheet, and the bank export. So 55 hours go to copying, 35 to checking, and 30 to writing.
OvernightThe automation reads all four exports, every row, from files you already have. It runs in your accounts. The 55 hours of copying are gone.
Numbers firstCode checks every figure and ranks problems by the money at stake: a short rent payment, a long vacancy, the same repair twice. That's 35 more hours. The AI only writes about what the checks hand it.
Then wordsThe AI drafts each report around those numbers, and every figure links back to the row it came from. Writing drops from 30 hours to 14 hours of reading and fixing.
A person signs offYour manager reads each draft, adds what the data can't know ("the roofer is booked for the 14th"), and approves it. Nothing goes to an owner without that approval.
The number that movedWe promised half. By October the same twelve reports took 14 hours, down from about 120.

The catch

It needs exports you can get at, and the first month is slower.

If your property software can't export the rent roll and work orders, we find that out on the free call and say no. Month one includes setting up the checks, so the full saving shows up from month two.

What we check on the free call

Exports
Can your property software and bank give us a file every month?
Templates
Do owners get one format, or does each want their own?
A reviewer
Is there someone with about two hours a week to review drafts during the sprint?
Month one
Setup takes part of the first cycle. Is that OK for this month's reports?
